STRATEGIC PLAN 2025

This is a three-year plan approved by the YSCCC Board in August 2025

  • Maintain and upgrade the exterior of the facility through painting, landscaping, and tree work.
  • Maintain and upgrade the interior of the facility by replacing flooring, upgrading classrooms, and expanding the restroom facilities.
  • Develop plans to improve both the outdoor and indoor play spaces.
  • Improve brand awareness with the goal of boosting student enrollment and donor support. This will be completed through improved marketing materials, a re-designed website, improved donor tracking and communication, and new signage.
  • Maintain a strong business and financial position through improving data management, maintaining our gold Step Up to Quality rating, strengthen fundraising efforts, and applying for grants to help fund large projects.
  • Increase teacher retention, satisfaction, and training standards, in part through creation of a self-sustaining fund to support teacher’s expenses in advancing credentials and knowledge base. Engage in recruitment activities at job fairs and local universities.
